老年女性血沉正常参考值与地理因素的偏最小二乘回归

【摘要】 为制定中国老年女性血沉正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据,收集了中国各地用温氏法测定的健康老年女性血沉正常参考值,并对其与地理因素的关系进行了研究。发现海拔高度是影响老年女性血沉正常参考值最主要的因素,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,老年女性血沉正常参考值在逐渐的减小,相关性很显著。用偏最小二乘回归分析的方法建立了以下回归模型:Y=24.5-0.00271x1-0.00132x2+0.05574x3+0.05573x4+0.00016x5±5.73。结果显示,如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归模型估算这个地区的老年女性血沉正常参考值。依据老年女性血沉正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区等六个区。

【Abstract】 In order to supply a basis for uniting the normal reference value (Wintrobe) standard of Chinese old women’s ESR, a research is made about relationship between the normal reference value (Wintrobe) of Chinese healthy old women’s ESR and five geographical factors, which are determined by the way of wintrobe laws. It is found that altitude is the main factor affecting the normal reference value (Wintrobe) of Chinese old women’s ESR. As the altitude increase gradually, the normal reference value (wintrobe) of Chinese old women’s ESR decreases gradually, the correlation is quite obvious. Applying the method of partial least square regression analysis, one regression equation is given out. If geographical index values are obtained in some areas, the normal reference value (wintrobe) of Chinese old women’s ESR of this area can be reckoned using regression equation.Furthermore, according to the similarity of the normal reference value (Wintrobe) of Chinese old women’s ESR, taking the altitude as the main dividing basis and considering effects of other geographical factors and population distribution, China can be divided into six regions: Qingzang, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast, North and Northeast region.
