【摘要】 对周期极化KTP(PPKTP)晶体的外加电场极化方法及实时监控方案进行了分析,根据实验要求设计了一种新型的任意波形高压电源,它具有波形任意设定、操作直观简捷等优点,为操作者提供了鼠标绘图界面,可以精确地输出高压方波、高压三角波等实验所需波形,在PPKTP制备过程,尤其是实时监控方案中取得了理想的实验结果。

【Abstract】 The project of the fabrication of periodically poling KTiOPO4(PPKTP) in electric field poling and real-time monitoring methods is analysed. A new type general signal generator was introduced for the experiments, the generator possessed many advantages such as arbitrarily design of waveform and intuitional operation. On the computer, a user interface was supplied for the design of the waveform. Passing an amplification system, the output could offer modifiable high voltage power supply for the PPKTP experiments,such as high voltage square pulses and triangle pulses. By using this generator, the expectant effects had been obtained in the fabrication of PPKTP, especially in the method of real-time monitor.
