【摘要】 目的:通过对5例腮腺结节病进行分析,总结相关诊疗经验。方法:对1995～2006年间收治的5例腮腺结节病人进行回顾分析。男2例、女3例,年龄28～51岁。3例发生于双侧腮腺者经腮腺活检确诊后以强的松治疗,2例单侧腮腺患病者行手术治疗,摘除浅叶后病检确诊。结果:5例中有4例初诊误诊。腮腺活检及手术治疗的病例伤口均Ⅰ期愈合。强的松治疗者15～20d左右腮腺肿胀明显减轻,变软,治疗结束时基本恢复正常。5例经8月至11年追踪观察无复发。结论:腮腺结节病临床少见,症状不典型,为减少误诊需综合分析。发生于单侧腮腺者可手术治疗,发生于双侧腮腺者药物治疗也可获确实疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize related experiences in diagnosis and treatment by analyzing 5 cases of parotid gland sarcoidosis.Methods:We retrospective analysed 5 cases of parotid gland sarcoidosis that were treated in hospital between 1995 and 2006.Selected patients were 2 males and 3 females,28-51 years old.In 3 cases,sarcoidosis was developed in both sides of parotid glands,which was diagnosed by biopsy and then treated by Prednisone.The other 2 patients,who just had one-side gland involved,had been extirpated superficial lobes;then pathological examinations were undertaken to make diagnosis.Results:4 out of 5 cases were firstly diagnosted wrong.Biopsic and surgical wounds of parotid glands were all healed by first intention.Both parotid glands of patients who were treated by Prednisone decreased in size and softened obviously,further resumed to normal at the end of curative phase.During 8 months to 11 years tracing observation,all 5 patients had not recurrence.Conclusion:Parotid gland sarcoidosis is not a common clinical disease and does not have typical symptoms.Thus,integrative analysis should be done to eliminate diagnostic wrong.Surgical operation can be used to treat one-side sarcodosis;however,assured curative effects can be provided by pharmacal treatments for patients who have both-side sarcodosis.更多还原
