【摘要】 目的:探讨细胞增殖与细胞凋亡在腮腺多形性腺瘤warthin瘤及其瘤旁腺泡中的变化与作用。方法:取30例腮腺多形性腺瘤、26例腮腺Warthin瘤及其瘤旁腺泡作流式细胞术(flowcytometry,FCM)研究。以ModFitLT软件进行细胞增殖分析,以Sub-G1法检测凋亡率。结果:腮腺多形性腺瘤的增殖指数(PI)与凋亡率分别为14.30和13.41,属最高值,其次是Warthin瘤,PI为9.95,凋亡率为8.24,而多变形性腺瘤瘤旁腺泡PI为9.53,凋亡率为9.56,Warthin瘤瘤旁腺泡PI和凋亡率分别为8.66和6.67,接近正常腺泡的PI和凋亡率(8.01和6.63)。总体上具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腮腺多形性腺瘤及瘤旁腺泡PI和凋亡率处于高值,提示其瘤旁腺泡可能处于"准新生物"状态,可能成为肿瘤复发的发源地,而腮腺Warthin瘤及瘤旁腺泡PI和凋亡率接近正常预示着该肿瘤切除后极少复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the effection of proliferation and apoptosis in parotid pleomorphic adenoma(PA) and Warthin tumor and their contiguous acini.Methods:30 cases of parotid PA and their contiguous acini,26 cases of parotid Warthin tumors and their contiguous acini.were studied with flow cytometry analysis of cell proliferation by Modfit software,and cell apoptosis by sub-G1 way.Results:The PI and apoptosis rate of parotid PA were 14.30 and 13.41,respectively,which is the highest value.The next was Warthin tumors,and they were 9.95 and 8.24 separately.The following was PA’s contiguous acini,they were 9.53 and 9.56.8.66 and 6.67 belong to contiguous acini of Warthin tumor.The normal acini were 8.01 and 6.63,respectively,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cell proliferation and apoptosis are in high values not only in PA but also in its contiguous acini.This indicated the contiguous acini may be in the condition of "paraneoplasm",which plays an important role in recurrency.But the value of cell proliferation and apoptosis are less higher in Warthin tumor and its’ contiguous than that in normal acini,which indicated the possibilite of recurrency is rare after the tumor removed.更多还原
