【Abstract】 Objective:To examine the effects of in-office bleaching agents on the crystalline structure of human enamel.Methods:Enamel specimens were randomly divided into three groups.Two different in-office bleaching agents were tested.Carbamide peroxide(35%) and hydrogen peroxide(35%) were applied to the specimens according to the manufacturer’s instruction.One group served as the control and was kept in distilled water during the test period.Infrared spectroscopy(IR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to examine the specimens.Results:The IR and XRD spectrum showed little differences among groups.Conclusion:The bleaching agents have little effect on the crystalline structure of the inorganic part of enamel.更多还原
