【摘要】 目的:观察两种抗原修复法对牙-牙周联合组织切片质量的影响。方法:应用两种方法进行抗原修复,PV两步法免疫组化染色,对比观察染色效果和组织脱片情况。结果:高压加热抗原修复法:染色效果好,但软硬组织脱片严重,难以获得完整染色切片。酶消化抗原修复法:硬组织脱片明显改善,可获得完整染色切片,染色强度稍弱,但抗原暴露情况良好,不影响最终的实验结果。结论:为获得完整软硬组织联合切片免疫组化染色观察,酶消化抗原修复法是比较理想的抗原修复方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of different antigen restorative procedures on the quality of dental-periodontal tissue sections.Methods:We apply two antigen restorative procedures to stain dental-periodontal tissue sections with immunohistochemistry technique,in order to compare the staining effect and the extent of tissue escape from the sections.Results:The staining effect of high pressure heating method was good,but the tissue escaped from the sections.The staining effect of enzyme digestion method was inferior to high pressure heating method,but it could keep the sections’ integrality.Unrestoration could keep the sections’ integrality,but the staining was bad.Conclusion:To obtain integrated sections in immunohistochemistry staining,enzyme digestion method may be considered as a suitable antigen restorative procedure for periodontal tissue sections.更多还原
