【摘要】 目的:探讨rhbFGF和rhTNF-α单独或联合应用对体外培养的人颞下颌关节滑膜细胞增殖的影响。方法:rhTNF-α(5ng/m l)和rhbFGF(5 ng/mL,10 ng/mL)单独或联合作用人颞下颌关节滑膜细胞,用四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法(MTT)测定细胞增殖并绘制细胞生长曲线。利用流式细胞术(FCM)检测细胞的增殖指数(PI)。结果:MTT法显示各实验组可显著促进细胞增殖,联合使用组效果更明显。FCM检测各实验组PI值均高于对照组。结论:在体外rhbFGF单独或者联合rhTNF-α使用可以显著促进人颞下颌关节滑膜细胞增殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study effects of rhbFGF and rhTNF-α alone or in combination on synovial fibroblasts(SFs) proliferation.Methods: SFs were cultured in vitro.rhTNF-α(5ng/ml) and rhbFGF(5ng/ml,10ng/ml) alone or in combination were added into the medium.Cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay and cell growth curves were obtained.Proliferation index(PI) was studied from Flow Cytometry.Results: rhTNF-α and rhbFGF alone or in combination enhanced SFs proliferation.The combination was more effective.Conclusion: rhbFGF used in combination with rhTNF-α stimulates SFs proliferation more effectively in vitro.更多还原
