【摘要】 目的研究蛋白磷酸酶2A-Aβ(PP2A-Aβ)在正常口腔黏膜和口腔鳞状细胞癌(鳞癌)中的表达及意义。方法通过免疫组化S-P方法检测30例口腔鳞癌标本和10例正常口腔黏膜组织中蛋白磷酸酶2A-Aβ蛋白的表达,采用SPSS12.0对数据进行分析。结果PP2A-Aβ蛋白在口腔鳞癌及正常口腔黏膜阳性表达率分别为33.3%和90.0%,两组之间差异有显著性(P=0.006);在高-中分化和低分化鳞癌中表达阳性率分别为47.4%和9.1%,两组之间差异有显著性(P=0.049)。而PP2A-Aβ蛋白的表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移、病例的性别和年龄等因素无关。结论PP2A-Aβ蛋白与口腔鳞癌的发生、发展密切相关,与口腔鳞癌的组织学分级相关,而与临床分期、淋巴结转移、年龄和性别未显示相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and significance of protein phosphatase 2A-Aβ(PP2A-Aβ) in normal oral mucosa and oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expressions of PP2A-Aβ in 30 patients with oral squmous cell carcinoma and 10 patients with normal oral mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical S-P assay. Results The expression rates of PP2A-Aβ in normal oral squamous cell carcinoma and oral mucosa were 33.3%and 90.0%, respectively. They were associated with histological grade (P=0.049). Positive rates of PP2A-Aβ were 47.4% in high and middle and 9.1% in low differentiated oral squamous cell carcinoma. Expression of PP2A-Aβ is not related to clinical phases, lymph node metastasis, sex and ages (P>0.05). Conclusion PP2A-Aβ protein plays a key role in the genesis and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Expression of PP2A-Aβ is related to histological grade, but not related to the clinical phases, lymph node metastasis, sex and ages.更多还原
