【摘要】 目的探索下颌骨骨折更为有效、合理的治疗方法。方法68例下颌骨骨折患者全部采用颌间弹性牵引下小夹板坚固内固定治疗,术后去除牵引圈及上颌牙弓夹板,改用弹性牵引帽颅颌制动。结果所有病例术后即恢复正常咬合关系,张口度及张口型恢复良好。随访6个月~2年,患者咬合关系稳定,未见并发症。结论颌间弹性牵引下小夹板坚固内固定治疗下颌骨骨折是一种有效合理的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a more effective and reasonable method to treat mandible fracture. Methods 68 cases with mandible fracture were treated with the rigid internal fixation by the small clamping plank under the intermaxillay elastic traction.After operation, the elastic traction hat braking skull and jaw replaced the tooth bow clamping plank. Results After 6-month follow-up, all of the 68 cases resumed normall occlusion, good degree and shape of yawn.For 2 years,all cases had kept stable occlusion without any complications.
