【摘要】 目的研究彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值.方法使用彩色超声仪对168例患者213个乳腺肿块进行检查,评价彩色多普勒血流显像特征,并与病理结果对照.结果乳腺恶性肿块的血流较良性明显丰富,恶性肿块的PSV为(24.16±0.45)cm/s,RI为0.74±0.26;良性肿块的PSV为(10.53±0.43)cm/s,RI为0.54±0.07,恶性肿块PSV和RI值均高于良性肿块(P<0.01).结论彩色多普勒超声对诊断及鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤有重要价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the values of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of color Doppler flow image in benign and malignant breast lumps.Methods 213 breast lumps in 168 cases examined by color Doppler flow image were verified by pathology after operation.All data were analyzed.Results There were plentiful blood flow signals in breast malignant lumps.The maximal blood flow velocity(PSV) and the resistant index(RI) of breast malignant lumps was(24.16±0.45)cm/s and 0.74±0.26,and benign lesions was(10.53±0.43)cm/s and 0.54±0.07,respectively. The value of PSV and RI were significantly higher in the malignant lesions than those in the benign ones(P<0.01).Conclusion Color Doppler flow image should be preferably used to diagnose or differentially diagnose benign and malignant breast lumps.更多还原
