【摘要】 目的观察术前不同的给药方案,了解其对病人心率、血压、体温、口干程度的影响情况.方法选择无相关禁忌症的全麻病人60例,随机分为3组,阿托品组、长托宁组和减量阿托品长托宁混合液组,每组各20例.入手术室后分别肌注阿托品、长托宁和减量阿托品长托宁混合液,观察3组的血压、心率、体温、口干情况.观察期间不行麻醉操作,仅少量输液.采取病人口述方法(即视觉模拟评分法VAS)评估口干程度.结果3组药物均有较强的抗胆碱作用.3组结果主要区别在心率方面:阿托品组使心率增快、体温升高;长托宁组具有使心率减慢的趋势;减量阿托品长托宁混合组表现出对心率无影响.结论3组给药方式均具有良好的抗胆碱作用.对于有应用阿托品的禁忌症的患者,可选择长托宁.对于患有窦性心动过缓、房室传导阻滞等传导障碍的病人,可选择阿托品和长托宁减量混合给药.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate influence and degree of different premedication(Penehyclidine Hydrochioride and Atropine) on heart rate,blood pressure,body temperature and thirstiness.Methods 60 adult patients were randomly assigned to three groups: Atropine group(group A);Penehyclidine Hydrochioride group(group B);and mixed group(group C).The heart rate(HR),blood pressure(Bp),and temperature(T) were recorded and thirstiness was evaluated by VAS.No anesthesia was performed and only transfusion was conducted during the operation.Results Strong anticholinergic effects were detected in three groups.HR and T significantly increased Atropine group;HR had a tendency of decrease in Penehyclidine Hydrochioride group.HR,Bp,and T had no change in mixed group.Conclusion Three medications satisfied anticholinergic actives.Penehyclidine Hydrochioride could be selected when patients have contraindications of Atropine,while mixed Atropine and Penehyclidine Hydrochioride could be selected when patients suffer from Sinus Bradycardia and/or Atrioventricular Block.更多还原
