【摘要】 目的调查乳腺癌患者家庭关怀度与自杀状况间的关系,进一步了解乳腺癌患者家庭功能与自杀意念的相关性,为临床心理干预工作的加强提供基础数据.方法对112例乳腺癌患者(手术及非手术患者)采用APGAR家庭关怀度指数问卷和自杀意念自评量表(SIOSS)分别评定家庭关怀度和自杀意念状况,并分析家庭关怀度与乳腺癌患者自杀意念各因子得分之间的关系.结果乳腺癌患者手术组与非手术组、正常对照组间家庭关怀度指数存在显著差异,且家庭关怀度与自杀意念量表总分及各因子得分呈负关联.结论改善家庭功能、增加家庭支持可能有利于减低乳腺癌患者自杀意念的发生.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between family care and suicide attempts in patients with breast cancer and further to discover the connection between their family function and emotional disorders for providing the basic data for psychological intervention in clinical work. Methods 112 patients were evaluated by APGA Family Care Questionnaire and SIOSS Questionnaire. An analysis of the relationship between factors above followed. Results APGA scores were significantly different between operation group, non-operation group and control group. There were negative correlations between APGA scores and SIOSS scores. Conclusion To improve family function is beneficial to alleviate emotional disorders among patients.更多还原
