【摘要】 为了解傈僳族儿童体内微量元素锌和铁的含量水平及其营养状况,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定了127例云南省傈僳族7~12岁健康儿童头发锌和铁含量.被测儿童发锌含量为(62.97±16.29)μg/g,发铁含量为(48.25±28.38)μg/g.发锌含量水平低于国内报道的正常值,男童发铁含量较高.女童体内锌和铁元素含量状况不如男童好.更多还原

【Abstract】 Through atomic absorption spectrophotometry(SSA),we determined the contents of trance elements of Zn and Fe in 7~12 years old children’s hair of Lishu nationality in Yunnan in order to explore the nutrient levels of Zn and Fe in the children’s body.The results showed that the content of Zn was(62.97±16.29)μg/g and the content of Fe was(48.25±28.38)μg/g.The content of Zn was lower than the reported normal level of China.The content of Fe in male was higher than that in female in every age group.The contents of Zn and Fe in female were lower than those in male.更多还原
