建立兔腹主动脉血管再狭窄模型的实验研究

【摘要】 目的探讨建立兔血管再狭窄的简单模型方法.方法总计67只新西兰兔接受了经股动脉途径行球囊损伤腹主动脉术,术后4周处死兔,观察血管再狭窄模型制作情况.结果所有兔均完成了手术,59只存活至实验结束,平均手术时间(26±7)min,成功造成兔血管再狭窄模型,平均相关狭窄达(63.3±6.4)%.结论本方法成功建立了兔血管再狭窄实验模型,手术成功率高,操作时间少,存活率高,模型稳定,重复性好,值得进一步研究应用.

【Abstract】 Objective To elucidate the methods of restenosis model set through balloon injured abdominal artery on rabbits.Methods 67 New Zealand rabbits injured by dilated balloon underwent abdominal aortic operation.They were killed after 4th weeks and observed vascular stenosis model.Results The operations on all the rabbits were finished successfully,during which 59 survived to the end of the experiment and the mean time for operation was(26±7)minutes.Vascular stenosis models were successfully obtained.The mean stenosis rate was(63.3±6.4)percent.Conclusion Experimental animal model of restenosis can be set up by this technique,with higher successful rate and survival rate,better stability and repeatability.
