【Abstract】 This paper mainly introduces the teaching practice advocated by western scholars represented by Jacobs,which integrates environment education with TEFL.It is pointed out that as an important component of global education,environment education in TEFL context will improve the students’ L2 proficiency as well as their environment awareness.A successful environment education in TEFL context calls for competent teachers with interdisciplinary knowledge,interesting teaching materials and well-tailored courses.Above all,what is learnt from the class should be put into practice and extended to learners’ everyday life.更多还原
