“年级主任+班主任+辅导员+本科导师”模式研究——机电工程学院学生工作体制改革创新的探索

【摘要】 高等教育刚刚步入大众化时期,探索学生管理新模式和新方法势在必行,我院提出学生工作阶段式管理模式,进行不同人员组合搭配,达到有效管理的目的,从而推进学生素质教育进程,提高我院人才培养质量。
【Abstract】 In the beginning of the popularization period of higher education,it is necessary to explore the new mode and method for student management.So our faculty has proposed the staged student management mode,organizing and combining different personnel for efficient management to promote the process of quality-oriented education and improve the student cultivation quality of our faculty.
