基于虚拟仪器的炉温PID控制系统的实现
Realizing the System of Furnace Temperature PID Control Based on Virtual Instrument
【摘要】 采用NI公司的LabVIEW 7.1软件和6024E数据采集卡为开发工具,对干燥箱进行了炉温测控实验平台的设计与实现,硬件上还采用了可控硅调节器和双向可控硅电路控制电炉丝电流量进而控制温度的方法,软件上使用了NI公司的PID控制算法软件包并在此基础上进行了控制系统的前面板及程序框图的设计,并在实验室搭建了硬件实验平台,软件运行无误并与硬件联调后,结果显示系统运行可靠稳定,可较好地实现炉温的准确控制,实际投运后用工程试凑法整定出了理想的PID参数,长时间运行结果良好,实验证明该系统控制准确,精度较高,有很高的实用价值和广阔的应用前景.
【Abstract】 Using LabVIEW 7.1 software and 6024E data collection card as a basic exploitation tool,the temperature measurement and control experiment platform on dryness box is designed and realized.Its hardware uses controllable silicon adjuster and double directions controllable silicon to control the temperature by controlling the current of furnace resistance,and its software uses PID soft toolkit to design the front panel and block program on the control system.After the hardware experiment platform is built and connected with the soft program,it indicates that the system is credible and stable,and can control the temperature of the stove.After running the system,the parameter for the PID control system is got.The system is proved to have high practicale value and wide application significance.
