构建学生民主参与教学管理平台的实践与探索

【摘要】 学生参与教学管理体现了高校“以学生为本”的办学理念。本文通过对杭州师范大学钱江学院学生教学管理委员会两年的工作实践总结,论述了高校学生民主参与教学管理的必要性和在提升学校教学管理质量所起到的重要作用,分析了学生参与教学管理所遇到的问题,并对如何完善这一机制做出了思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The students’ participation in teaching management shows the "students-oriented " teaching idea of universities.Based on the conclusion of 2-year working experience of Students Teaching Management Commitment in Qianjiang College of Hangzhou Normal university,this paper discusses on the necessity of university students taking part in teaching management and the essentiality of improving the quality of school education,then analyses the problems that students meet in teaching management,and makes the ponder how to perfect this mechanism.更多还原
