MCM-48介孔分子筛的合成研究
Synthesis of molecular sieves MCM-48
【摘要】 本文以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,以十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTAB)为模板剂,用传统的水热合成法合成介孔分子筛MCM-48,探索模板剂、水、氢氧化钠等不同因素对合成MCM-48介孔分子筛的影响。在较低模板剂用量的条件下,合成了介孔分子筛,用XRD对MCM-48介孔分子筛进行了结构表征。
【Abstract】 mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-48 was synthesized by hydrothermal method using tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS) as silica source and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) as template.The effects of CTAB, H2O, NaOH,the crystallization time on synthesis of mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-48 were studied in detail. MCM-48 was synthesized under the lower template.The synthesized compounds were characterized by X-ray diffraction.
