【摘要】 可持续发展是“在不损害未来世代满足其发展要求的资源基础的前提下的发展”,其宗旨十分明确:代际公平。所以,对世代赖以生存的自然资源进行公平合理的代际分配,是可持续发展的本质和中心议题,是实现可持续发展的必由之路。本文借助于微观经济学的艾奇沃思方框图,分析了人类社会代际资源配置的两种情形,提出了实现代际资源配置的基本思路:树立全新的价值评判标准和决策依据,合理开发、科学利用和尽量节约自然资源,将自然资源的核算纳入国民核算体系,建立绿色国民账户。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sustainable development is ’such a development that is achieved on the premise of not damaging the further generations’ resourc base for their development demand’.Its aims are the intergeneration equality.Therefore,a rational and reasonable allocaton of natural resources on which human being have been relied for the previous generations is the essence and central theme of sustainable development,and it is also the inevitable course of realizing sustainable development.This paper analyzes the two patterns of resources intergeneration allocation of human society by using the Edge Worth Box in microeconomics.A basic train of thought of realizing reasonable and ideal intergeneration resources allocation.that is,establishing an entirely new value criterion and decision-making model to develop rationally,use sentificly and save as much as possiblly the natural resources,and taking the accounting of natural resources into consideration of accounting system of national economy to set up a green account of national economy.更多还原
