【Abstract】 Ultilizing the theory of consumer behavior and Douglas McGregor′s XY theory,this paper analyzes choosing which kind of investment models,how much the proportion of the total investment the enterprise should get,and the factors that affect the proportion of the total investment.It points out that the enterprise should choose the model of subsidizing investment,the proportion of the total investment the enterprise should get is more than 1/2,and some factors that affect the total investment.更多还原
