【Abstract】 In recent years,intellectual property rights(IPR) have become a key factor for enterprises to maintain their competition day by day,even to achieve their success.However,till today there are a number of enterprises that don′t know or don′t know how to use the powerful weapon to ensure their long-term development.In this paper,we start from explaining the related concepts of IPR strategy.Then point out the problems on IPR which exist commonly in Chinese enterprises.And next raise the suggestions for the enterprises on making and implementing their IPR strategy.更多还原
