【摘要】 介绍了学科馆员制度的发展历史及现状,分析了学科馆员制实施中存在的问题,对如何培养合格学科馆员进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the history and present situation of the subject librarian system, analyzes on the problems existing in implementing the subject librarian system, and probes into how to cultivate the qualified subject librarian.
