高校义务馆员工作初探
Probe into the Work of Voluntary Librarian in University Library
【摘要】 分析了义务馆员工作的发展现状,论述了义务馆员工作的意义、定位、管理方式、面临的困难及发展方向。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes on the present developing situation of the voluntary librarian work,discusses on the significance,orientation,management mode,difficulties and developing direction of the voluntary librarian work.
