知识型馆员管理的新视角——心理契约
The New Viewpoint of the Knowledge-type Librarian Management——the Psychological Contract
【摘要】 介绍了心理契约的概念,探讨了心理契约在知识型馆员管理中的作用,并提出了在知识型馆员管理中构建心理契约的途径。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the concepts of the psychological contract,probes into the functions of the psychological contract in the knowledge-type librarian management,and advances the paths for constructing the psychological contract in the knowledge-type librarian management.
