创新人才流动意愿影响因素的研究

【摘要】 通过问卷调查,对创新人才流动意愿影响因素进行了统计分析,找出了影响创新人才流动的主要因素。

【Abstract】 Through the questionnaire,this paper analyzes on the factors influencing the flow desires of innovative talents,and finds some main factors influencing the flow of innovative talents.
