建构学习型组织 提升学校冲突管理能力
Improve the Conflict Management Ability of the School through Building the Learning-type Organization
【摘要】 介绍了学习型组织的概念和核心,分析了学校冲突的定义、类型和历程,提出了提升学校冲突管理能力的具体措施。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the concepts and cores of the learning-type organization,analyzes on the definitions,types and processes of the school conflicts,and advances some concrete measures for improving the conflict management ability of the school.
