【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the current conditions and problems existing in scientific and technological innovation service system(STIS) of Daqing City, and brings forward that the planning of STIS should include three aspects: areal plans, plans of functions for STIS and plans of the establishments of the network platform. We illuminate the thoughts and methods used in realizing three kinds of plans based on an example of Daqing, which have important reference value to STIS system establishment of other cities as well.更多还原
