空间环境中丹参酚酸B镁对人主动脉内皮细胞的保护作用
Protection of Magnesium Lithospermate B on Aortic Endothelial Cells of Human Beings in Spaceflight
【摘要】 探讨中药丹参酸B镁在空间环境下对接种低温细胞生存系统中人主动脉内皮细胞的作用,为预防空间环境对宇航员心血管功能的损伤提供依据。将人主动脉内皮细胞加入丹参酚酸B镁接种于低温细胞生存系统中,搭载于第22颗返回式卫星。经过18d空间飞行,将回收卫星返回后的细胞进行第17,24,30d光镜照相,Giemsa染色及细胞计数。结果显示:加药组的细胞在形态上及增殖数目上均优于对照组,表明丹参酚酸B镁能够改善空间环境中人主动脉内皮细胞的生存状况,减轻宇宙射线、微重力、微磁场对细胞的损伤程度。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the protecting effects of Magnesium Lithospermate B(MLB) on aortic endothelial cells of human beings in a low temperature cell system in space.Aortic endothelial cells cultured in the low temperature cell system were on board of the No.22 recoverable satellite.After 18-day’s flight,cells were harvested,counted and stained by Giemsa.Comparing with the control group,the cells treated with Magnesium Lithospermate B are found to be in better conditions in morphology and proliferation.Magnesium Lithospermate B can improve the living condition of endothelial cells in spaceflight and reduce the damage to the cells from space radiation,micro-gravity and magnetic microfield.
