中药制剂中丹皮酚包合工艺的研究

【摘要】 目的:研究β-环糊精包合丹皮酚的最佳工艺。方法:用超声法制备丹皮酚-β-环糊精包合物,用紫外分光光度法测定其包封率和收得率。以包合物收得率和包封率为指标,采用正交试验优选β-环糊精包合丹皮酚的条件。结果:最佳制备工艺为丹皮酚:β-环糊精1∶8,超声时间为30 min,包合温度为60℃。结论:采用最佳工艺制备的包合物收率高,可大大提高丹皮酚的稳定性。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the best techniques of packing paeonal with β-cyclodextrin.Methods: The paeonol-β-cyclodextrin was prepared by ultrasonic method,the rate of recovery and inclusion were determined by UV-spectrophotometer.The inclusion conditions were optimized by using the orthogonal test for the compound formation of paeonol-β-cyclodextrin,taking the rate of recovery and inclusion as the criteria.Results: The optimum preparation process of inclusion compound was as follows: the ration of paeonol of β-cyclodextrin was 1∶8,by mixing in 60 ℃,water bath for 30 min.Conclusion: It has been proved that paeonolβ-cyclodextrin inclusion compound has a high yield and can raise the stability of paeonol significantly.
