【摘要】 农民工的城市融合是指农村务工人员在城市场域中将自己的社会关系网络纳入市民的关系网络中,并且利用这种新建构的关系网络获取自身发展的各种社会资源,这一过程正是农民工利益得以表达和体现的过程,而协调社会群体之间的利益分配是构建和谐社会应有之义。因此农民工的城市融合是体现和谐社会的一个重要元素、更是构建和谐社会的一个重要内容。本文运用社会资本研究框架,从宏观的视角剖析农民工融入城市生活的过程,并从组织、制度层面提供了促进农民工城市融合的社会政策。更多还原
