【Abstract】 The perfect national compensation system as the safety valve and standard for democracy and the rule of law is the way and signal showing that the state undertakes the right infringement responsibility to its citizens.The national compensation management is an important guarantee for the realization of national compensation and directly relates to whether the applicant can obtain the final compensation.This article does some research on certain issues which exist in the national compensation management and raises suggestions on its perfection.更多还原
