【摘要】 室内实验云南德膏对樱桃果蝇Drosophila suzukii(Matsumura)成虫寿命的影响。结果显示,在取食含云南德膏(0·3%～5·0%)饲料后,樱桃果蝇成虫平均寿命显著延长,其中雌虫平均寿命延长率在98·61%～128·41%之间,雄虫在77·80%～114·14%之间;与对照相比,雌成虫半数存活天数延长率在104·17%～120·83%之间,雄虫延长率在95·65%～130·43%之间;雌虫平均最长存活天数延长率在90·10%～124·22%之间,雄虫在70·78%～114·14%之间。取食云南德膏纯品后,樱桃果蝇雌虫平均寿命比对照延长93·58%,雄虫延长84·50%;雌虫半数存活天数比对照延长112·50%,雄虫半数存活天数比对照延长108·70%左右。结果表明取食云南德膏可显著延长樱桃果蝇寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yunnan Degao is a healthy food produced by Yunnan Delinhai Biological Sci-Tech Co.,Ltd.This product is prepared from eight precious ingredients of Chinese herbal medicines-Solomon’s seal,fuling,Chinese wolfberry,Chinese yam,longan meat,walnut kernel,apricot kernel and chrysanthemum flower.Effect of Yunnan Degao on the longevity of Drosophila suzukii(Matsumura) adults was investigated in laboratory.The results showed that average longevity of female adults on artificial diets containing different content of Yunnan Degao(ranging from 0.3%～0.5%) were increased by 98.61%～128.41% and that of male adults by 77.80%～114.14%,respectively;For survivable time of half amount of adults in average,it was increased by 104.17%～120.83% in females and by 95.65%～130.43% in males;For averaged maximum survivable time of adults,it was increased by 90.10%～124.22% in females and by 70.78%～114.14% in males.When adults were reared on complete Yunnan Degao diet,the averaged longevity of females were increased by 93.58%,and that of males by 84.5%,the survivable time of half amount of females was increased in average by 112.5%,and that of males by 108.7%.These results indicated that Yunnan Degao might have a powerful function in prolonging life of D.suzukii.更多还原
