粉煤灰合成4A分子筛的机理及工艺技术参数分析
Analysis of the Mechanism and Technological Parameters for Synthesizing 4A Molecular Sieve from Coal Fly Ash
【摘要】 通过分析粉煤灰的矿物组成、化学成分和4A分子筛合成机理,设计了粉煤灰水热法制备4A分子筛的工艺流程,并重点介绍了粉煤灰的n(S iO2)/n(A l2O3)、n(Na2O)/n(S iO2)、n(H2O)/n(Na2O)、凝胶形成温度和时间、晶化温度和时间以及晶种添加等方面的原理及工艺参数选择情况,可为粉煤灰合成高品质的A型沸石提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the mineral composition and chemical composition of coal fly ash as well as synthetical mechanism of the 4A molecular sieve,the technological flowsheet for preparing 4A molecular sieve from coal fly ash with hydrothermal method has been designed.The technical principles and selection of technological parameters of n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3),n(Na2O)/n(SiO2),n(H2O)/n(Na2O);the temperature and time to form gel;the temperature and time of crystallization and addition of seed crystal,etc.,were given emphatically illustrated.
