【Abstract】 By analyzing the mineral composition and chemical composition of coal fly ash as well as synthetical mechanism of the 4A molecular sieve,the technological flowsheet for preparing 4A molecular sieve from coal fly ash with hydrothermal method has been designed.The technical principles and selection of technological parameters of n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3),n(Na2O)/n(SiO2),n(H2O)/n(Na2O);the temperature and time to form gel;the temperature and time of crystallization and addition of seed crystal,etc.,were given emphatically illustrated.更多还原
