轻烧白云石的煅烧工艺对活性度的影响

【摘要】 以白云石为研究对象,考察了轻烧白云石的煅烧工艺对活性度的影响。结果表明:影响轻烧白云石活性度的主要因素为煅烧温度、保温时间和颗粒大小,其最佳煅烧工艺为:粒度15~30mm,温度1000~1100℃、保温时间1~2h。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the influence of calcining technology on the activity of light-burned dolomite was studied.The experimental results showed that the main factors that influence the activity of light-burned dolomite are calcination temperature,holding time and particle size.The optimal conditions of calcining technology for light-burned dolomite have been determined.The main technological parameters of calcining process are as follows :calcination temperature is 1000~1100℃,holding time is 1~2h.
