天然羟基磷灰石超细粉碎试验研究

【摘要】 通过试验研究,利用小型搅拌磨对羟基磷灰石进行超细粉碎,选择出适合羟基磷灰石超细粉碎的分散剂蔗糖脂,研磨时间为8-12 h,并对小型搅拌磨超细粉碎的粉体进行性能表征。利用小型搅拌磨可以得到粒度分布较窄的粉体样品,d50值为0.781μm,比表面积为19.83 m2/g。

【Abstract】 Experiments were carried out to grind hydroxyapatite by small stirred mill.Several dispersants were tested.It was found sucrose fatty acid has better disperse effect than others.The grinding time is 8~12 hours.The characteristics of final powder were described by using laser particle sizer,XRD,SEM and so on.The results shows the hydroxyapatite powders with narrow particle size distribution can be gained by using experimental stirred mill.The mean particle size of the powders is about 0.781μm,and the specific surface area is about 20 m~2/g.
