【摘要】 目的探讨低场磁共振胰胆管造影技术对胰胆管疾病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析41例经手术病理或临床随访证实的胰胆管疾病患者的低场MRCP表现。结果MRCP能清楚显示胰胆管形态,定位准确率100%(41/41),定性准确率90%(37/41)。结论低场磁共振胰胆管造影(MRCP)可以无创性诊断梗阻性黄疸病变,结合常规MRI技术可准确显示梗阻部位,判断梗阻的病因、定位及定性准确率高,具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Todiscuss the value ofMRCP in cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)diagnosis.Methods To undergo a retrospective study on 41 ERCP cases,who are detected by surgery pathology and verified by follow-up study.Results The cholangiopancreatographyarea is located with 90% accurate rate.Conclusion The obstructive jaundice disease changes could be diagnosed by MRCP non-invasive.With the characteristics of revealing the obstructive part and identifyingcause ofdisease accurately combining with MRI,MRCP is considered of great value in clinical application.更多还原
