【摘要】 目的观察蝉枣汤的解热、抗炎及免疫作用。方法采用经典的解热、抗炎实验及小鼠炭粒廓清功能、血清溶血素水平、免疫器官指数测定法。结果蝉枣汤ig给药能明显降低发热家兔体温、抑制小鼠耳肿胀、提高小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬指数、增加小鼠血清溶血素生成,ig给药13d对幼龄小鼠免疫器官指数没有明显影响。结论蝉枣汤具有明显的解热、抗炎及提高免疫功能作用,本实验结果为蝉枣汤的临床应用提供了药理学基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the antipyretic-anti-inflammatory and immune effects of Chanzaotang decoction (CZT). Methods To apply classical experimental methods of antipyretic and anti-inflammatory and the clearance of carbon particles method and the hemolysin of serum method , etc. Results CZT could obviously descend the temperature of the feverous rabbit, and effect on xylene-induced auricle edema by ig. It also could obviously increase the index of carbon particle clearance of normal mice and the level of hemolysin in serum from mice by ig. But CZT had no obvious effect on the index of younger mice’s immune organs by ig . Conclusion The experimental results could provide a pharmacological basis for the using of CZT.更多还原
