夏枯草不同部位中咖啡酸和迷迭香酸的含量测定方法研究
Assay method for contents of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid in the different parts of Prunella vulgaris L.
【摘要】 目的建立夏枯草不同部位咖啡酸和迷迭香酸HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用Agilent Zorbax C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%甲酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长330 nm。结果咖啡酸平均回收率为101.0%,RSD=2.30%(n=6);迷迭香酸平均回收率为100. 5%,RSD=1.79%(n=6)。结论夏枯草未成熟穗、成熟穗、茎、茎叶及其酚类有效部位的含量测定结果表明,该方法简便、准确,可用于夏枯草不同部位中咖啡酸和迷迭香酸2种成分的含量测定。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for the determination of the contents of two components, caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid in the different parts of Prunella vulgaris L. by HPLC. Methods The determination was carried out with Agilent Zorbax C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm), gradient MeOH-0.1% acetic acid solution was taken as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 330 nm. Results The average recoveries of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid were 101.0% and 100.5% respectively (RSDs were 2.30% and 1.79% respectively, n=6). Conclusion The determination of the contents of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid showed that the method was easy and accurate, and could be used to determine the contents of two components in the different parts of Prunella vulgaris L.
