【Abstract】 The data used in this research come from Chinese Urban Household Education and Employment Survey in 2005. We will discuss four topics about Chinese urban residential status:whether real estate market will fail in the near future; whether homeownership rate in China is too high; whether average residential area in China is too much and the analysis about family owning more than one apartment. Finally, we will give some policy advice according to this experimental research.更多还原
