【Abstract】 Recently,"the project-based form of management strategy" has been increasingly applied by the real estate enterprises to quickly expand their business market and achieve their strategy objectives. To understand how the large and medium-sized real estate companies to transform their organizational structure to adapt this form, an industry survey by means of questionnaire has been conducted. This paper presented the results of the views of 78 respondents from real estate companies in mainland China regarding organizational structure, with trend of the organizational structure transformation being discussed.更多还原
