【摘要】 针对目前工程项目资源优化与配制中存在的不完整性,从项目资源所具有的特性出发,提出无形资源的新概念。依据项目资源优化与配置的原则,结合资源的耗用规律,对有形资源和无形资源在项目中的所产生的影响进行分析,确定了项目资源总体优化与配置的分配比例模型并进行了案例分析,为实现项目资源的总体优化提供了一种新的思想与方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The imperfectness in optimization and distribution of construction project resources being taken into account,a new concept referred to as intangible resource is presented according to the characteristics of project resources.Then,based on the principles of resource optimization and distribution,the influences of tangible and intangible resources on project are analyzed in combination with the resource consumption rule and a model is thus established for the integral optimization and distribution ratio of project resources,with a project case being analyzed.This offers a new ideal and method for a project to realize integral optimization and distribution of resource.更多还原
