【Abstract】 The regional economy differences exist objectively. Knowledge about it will help to know the situation of regional economy development but economic system is a kind of complex system, the model of which is difficult to certain, and the approach for multi-degree regression based on adoptive principle is available to predict a economical system with more effect.
