基于大规模定制企业的竞争优势和实现策略
The Competitive Advantages and Basic Strategies of Enterprises Based on Mass Customization
【摘要】 大规模定制集大规模生产和定制生产各自的优势,被认为是21世纪生产方式的主流形式。介绍了大规模定制的发展及其给企业带来的竞争优势进行了分析,论述了企业要实施大规模定制应该采取哪些策略。
【Abstract】 Mass customization takes advantages of both the mass production and customization production,so it is regarded as the main stream of production in 21st century.This paper introduces the development of MC and the competitive advantages it brings to the enterprises then it refers to what strategies the enterprises that want to implement MC should take.
