【摘要】 在战略管理研究领域中,动态能力和敏捷能力被定义为企业组织为适应环境变化,获得持续发展而应该具有的战略竞争能力。研究两者之间存在的关联性将有助于企业组织发展方向的明确。因此,在对敏捷能力和动态能力相关研究文献进行对比研究的基础上,详细分析了敏捷能力与动态能力在提出背景、内涵及实现途径中的相关性,并论证了敏捷能力是动态能力在复杂多变环境下的具体表现形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dynamic capabilities and agile ability are regarded as two ability of enterprise for adapting to the changing environment and achieving strategic competitive ability.It is useful to research the relationship between them for confirming the organization development direction.Based on the review of reserch reference about the dynamic capabilities and agile ability,the article put forwards the relativity of the dynamic capabilities and agile ability from analysing the background,intension and realization approach,and argues that agile ability is the specific dynamic capabilities in the high- involuted envirorment.更多还原
