【Abstract】 The measurement of software project is an important problem. In order to get reasonable and valid results, this passage studied the application of the FPA in the software project management. At first this passage introduced the theory of FPA, then introduced the application process of FPA in detail, combining a concrete project--construction project monitoring and patrolling system.
