【摘要】 针对机械式立体停车库的发展需求,设计了一种3层16位升降横移式立体车库,提出了利用PIC和工控机相结合的立体车库监控管理系统。PLC作为控制器直接控制车库运行,工控机作为上位机通过网络通信监视整个车库的运行状态,实现车库的安全运行和管理。详细介绍了PLC控制系统和监控系统功能,给出了控制系统组成和存取车流程图。系统具有友好的人机交互界面,控制灵活,大大提高了系统的安全性和可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to development request of stereo gargae,a kind of the three-storey and sixteen-vehicles lifting and transfering stereo gar- gae is designed.The stereo gargac monitoring system based on the PLC and industrial computer is given.PLC controlles the stereo gargae and the industrial computer monitores the whole stereo gargae system through the communication network in order to work safely and manage simply. The function of PLC control and real-time monitoring for the sterer garage are introduced,and the graphs of the control and frame d geting in or out are given.The system has friendly interface and it is easy use.The safety and reliability are improved greatly.更多还原
