冷连轧机AGC系统监控网络的配置设计和实现
Realization and Configuration Design for Monitor Network of AGC System of Cold Tandem Rolling Mill
【摘要】 针对张家港1450五机架冷连轧AGC(自动厚度控制)系统,构建了基于Profibus DP总线的过程控制级(一级)计算机和现场ET200等智能化设备之间的监控网络,满足了一级计算机和基础自动化系统间数据通信的快速性要求,为五机架冷连轧AGC系统的实现奠定了良好基础。同时利用基于TCP/IP的工业以太网,保证了过程优化级(二级)计算机向一级计算机下送轧制规程,及在Wincc组态的人机界面上显示现场采集的实际数据和控制状态。该网络系统已成功应用于张家港1450五机架冷连轧机AGC系统,实践证明该系统运行正常、可靠。
【Abstract】 Based on Profibus DP,the monitor network between the computer of process control level and spot intelligent equipment such as ET200 is constructed for the AGC system of five stands cold wiling mill at Zhangjiagang.That meets the high rapidity need of data communica- tion between the computer of levelⅠand base automation system.A nicer foundation for the AGC system realization of five stands cold tandem rolling mill is established.Meanwhile,industrial Internet based on TCP/IP ensures that the computer of process optimizing level(levelⅡ) transmits wiling schedule to the levelⅠcomputer.Spot collected real data and control status are displayed on human machine interface which is configured by Wincc.Now the integrated network system has been successfully applied to the AGC system of five stands cold rolling mill at Zhangjiangang.
