双机并列汽机危急保护系统
Steam Turbine Protection System of Two Parallel Control Stations
【摘要】 针对传统汽机危急保护系统(ETS)经常发生误跳拒跳事故等问题,采用双机并列形式的控制站,即采用CPU、电源及I/O模块双套并列,同时处于工作状态的结构,以实现保护控制逻辑的高可靠性。该系统除兼具传统ETS的功能外,新增了在线试验和事故记录等功能,提高了汽机危急保护系统的实用性;且网络通讯灵活,可方便实现与其他网络连接,实现数据共享。
【Abstract】 To the problem that steam turbine protection system(ETS)is often failure in the safe operation,a design scheme using two parallel control stations is proposed.It comprises two sets of CPU,power station and I/O module.Both of two sets work in the same time,in order to realize the high reliability of the protecting control logic.It has not only the traditional functions,but also the function of on-line trial and fault logging.The availability of the system is improved and the flexibility of the network interface is increased,which makes the connection network simple,realized data sharing.
