“铁马工程”中液压振动台数学模型的辨识研究
Structure Model Identfication Study of Hydraulic Vibrancy Platform in "TieMa Project"
【摘要】 以“铁马工程”项目中的液压振动台为背景,通过由符合工业标准的PXI数据采集卡得到的现场数据进行分析,建立立体式数据库,对液压振动系统进行辨识,从而获得与实际系统较为匹配的ARMAX数学模型,并做了模型检验与对比;分析结果表明该数据采集系统采集的数据有效,辨识模型能够较准确的反映液压振动台的实际性能,为液压振动系统的控制与控制算法的设计提供了必要的理论基础。
【Abstract】 This paper uses PXI data collection card accorded with industry standard to make analysis,constitute solid database and identify at the ground of the hydraulic vibrancy platform of "TieMa project",so the suited ARMAX model is obtained,and the model should be examined for verification at the end.The analytic results show that the data collecting by data collection system are effective,and the identification model can reflect the character of the actual system exactly and provide the essential theory bases for the hydraulic vibrancy system control and design of algorithms.
